Rude
Listen to the song !
This story is about a young man who is deeply in love with his girlfriend, so he decided to ask her to marry him. But the most difficult part wasn't her answer, but her father's approval.
Nasri was a tall, long-haired, young man from a humble family and a small town. He had big dreams and aspirations, just like any teenager who had recently ended high school. On the contrary of the most of the youngsters who left the town and moved to bigger cities, he decided to stay in town after high school, and tried to make a living from his music and his band. Some people recommended him to go to the big cities to have a chance in the music industry, but there was another reason why he didn't want to leave that small town.
There was a girl: Sandy. She was a beautiful, blond girl who arrived in town when Nasri was in the final year of high school. She moved because her father, an ex-member of the army, was relocated there. She was one year older than Nasri, but they met at a party and immediately had a connection. They started as friends, but after a few months, they were a couple.
Nasri started to write songs about Sandy and their relationship, and those were very good songs. Soon the band started to get more recognition.
The relationship between Nasri and Sandy was really good, and after some time, she decided to introduce him to her family, so she invited him to have dinner at her house. That night, Nasri went well dressed and got a bottle of wine to the dinner. When he arrived at Sandy's house, her father opened the door, and immediately decided that Nasri wasn't good enough for his daughter. So he acted rudely the whole night. Nasri was introduced to the family and Sandy's mother and brothers were delighted with him. The whole family except for the father liked Nasri. Sandy was happy, but at the same time, she was worried and scared of her father. She knew him and noticed that he didn't like Nasri. Everything was going well, but that didn't last much. Sandy's father started to interrogate Nasri. First, he started with his family, what their occupations were and lifestyle. Nasri answered proudly that his father worked in constructions, and his mother was a cleaner in a school. The face of the entire family turned to shocked and incredulous aspects, however the man continued, now asking directly to Nasri. What are you doing with your life? What are your projects and interests? Nasriknew that he was being judged, but calmly answered that he was into music, and his project was to become famous thanks to his music. Sandy's father made a look of disapproval, and Sandy knew that he will never understand why she loved Nasri. The rest of the family was fascinated by Nasri's music and started to ask him what it was like, if he had written songs about Sandy and that sort of things. Nasri was happily explaining when the father said that it had been a great dinner and started to say bye to Nasri.
Sandy accompanied Nasri to the door, and she was very thankful because he went to dinner and met her family. Nasri said thanked her and kissed her, then he left.
When Nasri had left the house, Sandy went to her room and her father went to talk to her. He didn't agree with that relationship and wanted to put an end to it. Sandy refused to do that and told him that she really loved Nasri, and him to her. After that, her father went out of the room and thought that, probably, it was just a teenage love and it wouldn't last.

A few years passed, and Sandy and Nasri were very happy with each other and their love was still very strong and beautiful. So one Friday night, Nasri asked Sandy to go out and have a date. They went to a very nice restaurant and have a great dinner. On their way home, Nasri suddenly stopped and got on his knee. Sandy was shocked, she didn't understand what was going on, and until she heard Nasri say: would you marry me? She just said: what? And Nasri replied: would you be my wife? I really love you more than anything in the world, and I'm certain that I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so I'm honestly asking you (at this moment he took a ring out of his pocket) Would you marry me?
Sandy started to cry and shouted yes! Of course, I want to be your wife and spend the rest of my life with you! Nasri put the ring on Sandy's finger and they kissed and hugged. The rest of their way home they were talking about how the wedding would be, what they would do after that, and stuff like that. But suddenly, Sandy looked worried. Nasri asked her what happened and she replied: My father!
They both knew that Sandy's father hated Nasri, so obviously, this was a major concern. Nasri said that he knew that it would be difficult, but not impossible. He promised her that at the very next day he would go and ask her father for his blessing.
The next morning Nasri jumped out bed and put on his best suit. He called Sandy to let her know that he would go to her house at that moment. During the way, Nasri was nervous but trying to be calm, and he practiced different ways to ask for Sandy's father blessing.
When he finally got to the house, he knocked on the door and the father appeared. As always, he just said: what do you want now? And Nasri replied: it's curious that you ask, but I was wondering... can I have your daughter for the rest of my life?
Sandy's father immediately said: you'll never get my blessing 'til the day I die, so tough luck, my friend, but the answer is no!
Nasri replied: Why you got to be so rude? Don't you know I'm human too? I'm gonna marry her anyway. No matter what you say, we'll be a family. I hate to do this, but I love her and we will get married, or we will run away.
Where will you run away? There is no place on earth where you will marry my girl. Said the father.
Well, then we will go to another galaxy! Nasri said.
Tough luck my friend. No still means no.
At that moment, Sandy went out and told her father that she really loved Nasri and she wanted marry him. But if he won't give them his blessing, sadly, they would get married anyway.
After a while thinking and talking with his wife, the man went out and said that he didn't agree with that, but the only thing he wanted for his daughter was to be happy, and if Nasri had made her so happy during those years, he would accept him to be his daughter`s husband.
